(H-NR) This project consists of removing all existing shingles and underlayment exposing existing wood decking, then installing a layer of synthetic underlayment, new shingles, new pre-finished aluminum drip edge, new vent flashings at all vents, new lead boots at all plumbing vents, new shingles, new ridge vents, new epdm boot at all electric mast.
