There will be an "OPEN HOUSE" on 09-08-2022 at 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the building area "D". All questions are to be submitted via email to mail@rjz-ltd.com no later than 09-14-2022.
Sealed, written bids will be accepted by the Grenada School District for the bid of "2021 New 12 Classroom Wing & Office Addition At The Grenada Upper Elementary School For Grenada School District,", Grenada, MS. The work will be awarded as a lump sum bid under one prime contract including all work described in the plans and specifications. Bids will be received at the Administrative Office, 253 South Main, Grenada, Mississippi until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Specifications and Drawings can be viewed in the office ofRJZ Architecture, PA., 91 Sunset Drive, Suite C, Grenada, Mississippi 38901. Bid documents are being made available via original paper copy. Plan holders are required to register for an account at www.iones zanderplanroom.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. The non-refundable deposit is$ 250.00 .
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid guaranteeing the Owner the execution of Performance Bond and Contract.
Each bidder is cautioned that he must comply with the Laws of Mississippi requiring each bidder to submit evidence showing that he has a Certificate of Responsibility, provided the contract or subcontract sum exceeds $50,000. This CR number should be so stated on the outside of the bidding envelope.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date set for the opening thereof, and each bidder must comply with the laws of the State of Mississippi and all local laws relative to the performance of said work.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all informalities.
